Precursors to Unlock

Instead of targeting diseases individually, the BRI is developing stacks for trials. The body releases peptides and molecules in concert, which we strive to mirror.

Neurological Brain Optimization

Neurological health often declines due to an accumulation of other critical factors as a result of how significantly the CNS can be influenced by plaques, poor blood flow, or inflammation-driven neurodegeneration (from senescence or cytokine storms akin to sepsis).

Leaky Blood Brain Barrier (BBB), like leaky gut and microbiome dysbiosis, can contribute to neuronal dysfunction and reactive astrocytes or inflammatory M1 microglial that encourage scarring.

Biophillic Hierarchy of Needs

Each protocol stack requires one of the stacks below it. Here are examples of how the hierarchy works, similar to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs:

•  The Acidic Cancer Stack requires the Septic Infection Stack because cancer cells are recognized by DC cells or antibody-producing B cells and can be killed by T cells.
•  Fibrotic Calcification Stack requires the Atherosclerosis Stack given that late-stage atherosclerosis is calcified.

•  Inflamed Senescence Stack requires the Infection Stack because NK cells kill senescent cells and macrophages clean up dead cells.

Septic Infection Stack

Thymus organs influence T cell production by creating peptides. T cells may become exhausted if their mitochondria weaken. Coupling strong mitochondria with T cells may reduce immune exhaustion.

Atherosclerosis & Microplastics

Microplastics, fatty plaques, trans fats, and more are increasing the burden of scavenging lipid cores by phagocytotic macrophages. TNTs are used to extract the core through the plaque cap.

Fibrotic Calcification

Vitamin K2 is known for its ability to target calcification in soft tissues. K2 actually achieves this through a large peptide/protein known as MGP. Some researchers suspect MGP may make macrophages osteoclast-like.

Acidic Cancer Warbug Effect

Otto Warburg, a nobel prize winner, demonstrated how many types of cancers consume glucose instead of oxygen, and output lactic acid. This is known as the Warburg Effect. phLIP peptides target this acidity.

Coming Later

Inflamed Senescence

Senescent cells may release 150 times more inflammation than normal cells to attract immune cells. Cancer relapse risk may rise when senescent cells accumulate if SASP outpace immune cell recruitment.

Valves & Ventricles

Heart disease is one of the most widespread diseases across the globe. Calcified valvular fibrosis and ventricle stiffening from myofibroblasts producing fibrotic ECM worsen hypertrophy.

Coming Later

Neurological Brain Health

Cognitive decline and addiction involve immune cells and inflammation-induced neurodegeneration. Feedback loops between glutamate and cytokines may amplify inability in neurons, astrocytes, and microglial.

Unified Immortal Mouse Trial

After the results of the protocols are reproduced by different parties across many mouse trials, an Immortal Mouse Trial will begin that adapts which stack is used based on what disease(s) the mouse develops.

Open-Source Publications

All data is entirely open-source and the team is passionately dedicated to advancing this research for personal reasons beyond recognition or profit.

Non-Profit Coalition

All funds are allocated to the Biophilic institute to be utilized exclusively for trials and operating costs.

We design protocols and new peptides that can be trialed and studied. Many types of medical products may emerge from our research.
